In the war-torn country between Ukraine and Russia, the CIA aims to find who is behind the illegal weapon shipments. They track a smuggler named Bohuslav, hired from an anonymous buyer who aims to smuggle contraband weapons from Ukraine into Russia. During the weapons transaction, things go wrong resulting in an undercover CIA operative going KIA. The CIA send a strike team led by Dayne Bishop to capture Bohuslav before he and the shipment cross into Russian Territory.
